Job Description: AccountantWere looking for an organized and self driven Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with the senior manager and will be responsible to handle day-to-day bookkeeping along with other duties as defined below.Accounting1. Manage all accounting transactions2. Making entries on Tally3. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable5. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.6. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing7. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements8. Manage cash flow statement9. Generate invoicing and purchase receipt10. Release office and miscellaneous expense with consent of reporting head11. Maintain credit notes12. Maintain and timely file GST and other return 13. Should have knowledge of marginal tax category and composition schemeStock & Audit1. Add and maintain stock sheet2. Daily stock match with inventory team with help of IMEI number and SKU3. Audit financial transactions and documents4. Coordinate with CA for timely Audit and other detailsReports1. Daily invoice summarySkills RequiredEducation: Graduate (B.Com)Experience- must have worked 2-3 years as accountantShould have sound knowledge of Excel and Tally-ERPCapable to work under pressureProficiency in creating workflow process
