About the role: We are looking for a passionate Hybrid Mobile App developer who is passionate about building next level usability problems with great mobile solutions to join our core engineering team at Reelo to build worlds leading customer engagement platform for Small & Mid Enterprise retailers. Were a small team and this is an opportunity for a motivated, driven person to make an impact in an organization that is growing fast. You will learn a lot and take ownership of multiple responsibilities, with scope for growth as the organization scales. Youll have the opportunity to build the program from the ground up. What you ll need: 1+ years of proven experience as a mobile app developer, with a focus on Flutter or React Native based applications Strong knowledge of Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native) Experience in Swift or Kotlin or X-Code is an added advantage Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional mobile app development and user experiences elements Familiarity in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Experience with libraries and APIs, specifically those related to health and fitness hardware and Geolocation (e.g. HealthKit, Maps, etc) Knowledge of Flutter or React Native s UI framework, widgets, and design conventions Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment automations Understanding of mobile design principles and usability Experience in deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store What you ll do: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native Lead/manage the development, maintenance, and deployment pipeline of our mobile app Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver flawless user experiences Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance optimization Implement intuitive UI/UX designs, animations, and responsive layouts Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the mobile app experience Conduct code reviews, testing, and deploy updates while ensuring app reliability Stay updated on the latest mobile design trends, tools, and Flutter capabilities
