Job Title: Molecular Technician Job Code: RD.7 Department: Research & Development Supervisor: Manager, Research & Development Description of Main Mission: 1. Patient Specimen Collection (Sputum and Swab Specimens) 2. Interaction with patients to get patient consent for research 3. Specimen processing (DNA purification and detection assay setup) as per training Skills/Knowledge: 1. Education Qualification: DMLT/ B.Sc (MLT) 2. Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as PCR. is preferred. 3. Ability to follow established protocols 4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills 5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 6. Good communication skills and the ability to document experimental results accurately Desired Trainings Certifications from organizations like NABL or ASCLS will be preferred. Remuneration Commensurate with experience Working Conditions 0830-1730 Hours (Monday to Friday; Odd Saturdays Working) (may vary depending on company needs) Job Location: New Delhi Benefits As per industry standards.
