Job Title:ServiceNow Senior Developer Reporting To: Manager, IT Service Delivery Platforms Work Schedule: Hybrid - Bangalore, INMoogs ServiceNow platform team administers, supports, and enhances ServiceNow to optimize its Service Management and workflow practices. This ServiceNow developer will join a global team continually working towards improved processes and capabilities. The ServiceNow developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs. They must have an understanding of ServiceNow technologies, be experienced in scripting languages such as JavaScript, and possess analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Other key responsibilities may include assisting with custom integrations, providing technical guidance to business stakeholders, and staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow developments and best practices. KEY RESULTS OF THE JOB Install, administer, troubleshoot, and enhance ServiceNow-developed applications Analyze customer requests and requirements to design, document, and develop solutions to meet them, using workflows, flows, and integrations Optimize and automate processes Test upgrades to the ServiceNow platform Leverage ServiceNow best practices in development and administration. Job Title:Sr Manufacturing engineer Reporting To: Manager, Regional Supply Chain Work Schedule: Onsite - Bangalore, INMoog is looking for a Sr. Manufacturing /Supplier Development Engineer for our Manufacturing Engineering Supply Chain team. In this role, you will assist suppliers in manufacturing issues on Moog parts and Assemblies or Supplier IP parts and Assemblies. You will also work with suppliers to establish the most efficient techniques to manufacture parts to print using manufacturing techniques that ensure quality. You will be an active participant in the Moog Supply Chain transformation as we embrace AS9145 on our zero defects journey. This position is based in Torrance, CA. As a Sr. Manufacturing (Supplier Development) Engineer, you will Support the fabrication of complex machined parts and sub-assemblies by providing technical expertise and support for suppliers. Prepare part risk assessments and conduct them with the suppliers. Review manufacturing processes to insure they will yield parts compliant to engineering drawings and specifications. Coordinate with various departments and team members to understand design intent and communicate design intent to the suppliers. Review suppliers manufacturing capabilities. Establish piece part and assembly costs and conduct engineering quote support. Work with Moog suppliers to coordinate operation sheets containing outside and inside operations. Recommend tooling, fixturing, and gaging concepts to help suppliers manufacture complex components. Assist suppliers in resolving problems related to the manufacture of Moog parts. Review manufacturing specifications and provide technical guidance on the specifications. Review new product designs and identify manufacturing concerns and communicate these to design using a data driven approach. Work with suppliers and Moog design to conduct DFX activities on new designs. Review PPAP submittals for completeness and accuracy. Create and participate in FMEA activities with the suppliers. Conduct gage R&R s with Moog and suppliers. Review gage R&R data. Conduct MSA with Moog and the suppliers to establish correlation and minimize gage correlation issues. Review process capability data Be an active participant in the Moog Zero Defect journey utilizing the AS9145 concepts. Travel 25% to supplier facilities Minimum Qualifications to be considered Bachelor s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other similar degree. 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience including experience determining process capability 5 years of experience working with supply chain to meet the requirements for the products, negotiation and problem solving Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to influence
