In this role, you’ll play a key part in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets for mortgage loan products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Balance Transfers . If you're someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys helping customers find the best loan solutions, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and acquire new customers for mortgage loan products. Build strong networks with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors. Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and leverage referrals to generate leads. 2. Sales & Business Development Promote and sell Home Loans, LAP, and Balance Transfer services. Clearly explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans to prospects. Oversee the process from lead generation to final loan disbursement. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets. 3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products. Assist with eligibility assessments and documentation guidance. Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan process. 4. Documentation & Compliance Collect and verify KYC documents, financials, and property records. Coordinate with internal teams – credit, operations, legal – for smooth processing. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory norms and internal policies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance, Business, or Banking preferred) Experience: 1–3 years in Mortgage Sales or Loan Industry Skills: Strong sales and negotiation capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of mortgage products and lending procedures Familiarity with loan documentation and credit assessment Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset Show more Show less
