Mother Teacher Pre Primary

Job Description

We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and energetic Mother Teacher for our Pre-Primary section (Nursery to UKG) at Jindal World School, Sakti (C.G.) . The ideal candidate will teach all subjects to a single class, providing a nurturing environment where young children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classes using play-way and activity-based learning methods. Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills. Foster a loving and secure classroom atmosphere to support overall child development. Maintain strong parent communication and provide regular updates on student progress. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and creative teaching aids. Monitor and record each childs development, behavior, and learning milestones. Collaborate with the academic team to plan events and celebrations. Candidate Requirements: Preferably Graduate in any stream with NTT, ECCEd, B.Ed., or equivalent certification in early childhood education. 13 years of experience in a Mother Teacher or Pre-Primary Teacher role. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi . Must be patient, creative, and child-friendly. Knowledge of phonics, or modern pre-primary methodologies is a plus. * Free Accomodation for outstation candidates
