Objective We aim to elevate Smartlead s brand presence through visually compelling video content across social media, YouTube, ads, and website assets. The goal is to increase engagement, improve conversions, and build a strong brand identity with high-quality, dynamic videos. Role and Responsibilities Edit high-quality videos for marketing, webinars, social media, and brand campaigns. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Utilize AI-powered tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI) for automation and enhancement. Create short-form, long-form, and interactive content optimized for engagement. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and 3D elements for a modern aesthetic. Enhance storytelling using pacing, sound design, and cinematic techniques. Ensure brand consistency across all video assets. Work with AI-generated content to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok). Stay updated on industry trends, video editing software, and new tech advancements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To measure success in this role, we focus on the following KPIs: Engagement Metrics: Increased watch time, retention, and interaction on video content. Conversion Rates: Improved lead generation and sign-ups from video-driven campaigns. Production Efficiency: Faster turnaround time using AI tools and automation. Brand Consistency: High-quality, cohesive visuals aligned with Smartlead s identity. Skills Must Have 7-8 years of experience in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and post-production. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro. Strong grasp of AI video tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Topaz Video AI, Synthesia). Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and 3D animations. Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and cinematic storytelling. Ability to edit for multiple formats and social media platforms. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing videos. Good to Have Experience with AI voiceovers, AI avatars, and text-to-video platforms. Understanding of video SEO and platform-specific optimization techniques. Basic knowledge of 3D design (Blender, Cinema 4D) for advanced effects. Knowledge of basic graphic design skills and software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
