We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our Pune team. If you have a passion for storytelling through motion, a keen eye for design, and the ability to bring static visuals to life, we d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and traditional media. Work closely with the creative and digital teams to develop high-quality visual assets that align with campaign goals. Animate graphics for social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials. Edit video footage, add effects, transitions, and sound to enhance storytelling. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge motion design. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver on-brand visual solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively. Experience with 2D animation (3D animation skills are a plus). A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic work. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
