Open Position: Senior Manager OEM/Vehicle Due Diligence Job Category: OEM/Vehicle Due Diligence Schedule: Full Time Location: BangaloreRelevant Exp: Minimum 10 yearsEmployment Type: On Roll Candidate Profile: Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Automotive EngineeringExperience Required:Minimum 10 years in the Automotive Industry, with experience in 2W/3W/4W OEMs or Auto Ancillary sectors preferred.Experience in R&D, Quality, or Manufacturing departments is highly advantageous.Core Work Activities:Coordinate with various OEMs for planning, scheduling, and organizing plant visits.Lead evaluations of OEM manufacturing, assembly, and quality processes according to defined criteria.Assess OEM supply chain management practices.Conduct in-depth product evaluations, especially 2W/3W EVs, focusing on performance, durability, and reliability.Evaluate EV batteries for performance and durability, predicting battery life and safety compliance.Conduct field surveys to gather and analyze customer feedback on OEM products.Prepare detailed reports, manage data, and oversee MIS tracking.Engage with OEMs to address and resolve critical product failures; conduct periodic visits to ensure quality compliance.Evaluate and oversee after-sales support, managing product issues in collaboration with the Service Department.Basic Requirements:Proven experience with 2W/3W OEMs or Auto Ancillary companies.Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management within the automotive industry.Strong technical understanding of ICE and EV components, including battery technology.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements for EV manufacturing.Additional Requirements:Ability to travel frequently as needed for plant visits and OEM coordination.Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus, especially within cross-functional teamsApply only if all the above criteria match's:Email : hr2.in@mbiz-service.comContact : Bhavya: 9731182568 /9686416635
