Job Description

To collect machine planning including Mould changes, colour changes etc. in his shift from plant in-charge/reliever in time and to communicate to seniors/operators. To take production priority so as to ensure fast decisions in case of manpower shortage. To ensure that all the raw material/spares are available for his shift. To co-ordinate with stores for availability of spares in time. To ensure that all the process parameters and production schedule are available on the machine. To ensure that the production is achieved as per the laid down Quality standards, production schedules and as per process parameters fixed. To ensure that the production for the shift is o.k. and is kept with production slips and as per the laid down procedure at the prescribed places only. To ensure that the rejection produced is segregated properly, identified with rejection slips and is kept in specified places only. To ensure that all the ancillaries and related Utility equipment are working well and Air compressors, Fans, tube lights etc. are working in proportion of no of machines. To see that no operator leaves the machine during shift change/lunch time and to report such cases. To monitor production activities in plant and to ensure that Machine history cards are maintained. To ensure Good manufacturing practice. To ensure that regrinding material is utilised in proper proportion. Ensure that extra material from shop floor is removed as soon as production on machine is over. To Measure the Process Validation, Machine Qualification & Mould Qualification. To give guidance or planning related to work to moulding personnel on weekly basis. To ensure that during Customer Visits & internal-external audit, the documents & Rules & Regulations are implemented according to the concerned JIMS Procedure. To implement & also ensure that implementation of 5S in Plant area.
