Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist with expertise in Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the D365 platform, Dataverse, and CI-J integrations to support data-driven customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J) solutions. Develop and manage integrations between CI-J and Dataverse, ensuring seamless data flow and customer engagement workflows. Leverage Dataverse to enhance data modeling, segmentation, and personalization in CI-D and CI-J. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer data requirements and implement insights-driven marketing automation. Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment processes within CI-D to drive meaningful customer analytics. Ensure data governance, compliance, and security best practices are maintained within the D365 environment. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data flow, and system performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J). Strong understanding of the D365 platform and Dataverse. Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and marketing automation in a customer insights context. Hands-on experience integrating CI-J with Dataverse and other marketing technology platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or related areas. Experience with AI-driven customer insights and predictive analytics. Familiarity with REST APIs, connectors, and other integration methodologies
