Location: Noida Work Type: Hybrid Salary: 18 -25 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Vacancies: 3 Positions 2 Technical Consultants 1 Functional Consultant Technical Consultant Responsibilities: Design, customize, and develop solutions for Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Customer Engagement). Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services. Create and maintain plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom integrations. Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities. Support data migration, system testing, and go-live efforts. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Technical roles. Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Strong experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and integration patterns. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) preferred. Functional Consultant Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations. Lead or support workshops and user story mapping sessions. Configure Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain). Coordinate with the technical team to ensure alignment with functional requirements. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Ensure successful implementation and user adoption. Requirement: 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. Strong knowledge of business processes and Dynamics 365 modules. Experience in gap analysis, documentation, and solution design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
