Job Description

Must Skills: 2-5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional consulting. Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules and Project Operations. Experience in CRM customization, Power Automate, and Power Platform. Strong knowledge of security roles, business process flows, and reporting. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (PL-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-920). Desired Skills: Gather and document functional requirements, translating them into CRM solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations). Implement workflows, security roles, and automation using Power Automate. Lead CRM and Project Operations implementations, data migration, and system testing. Provide user training, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with teams to align solutions with business goals.
