Job mode Remote Position – Contract (1 month) Responsibilities : Create, format, and edit business documents, reports, and correspondence in Microsoft Word. Utilize Words advanced features such as styles, templates, tables, mail merge, and track changes for document management. Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations, meeting notes, and other written materials. Assist in document proofing and ensure all materials are error-free before submission. Convert documents to different formats, such as PDFs, and ensure they are formatted for easy reading and sharing. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials in compliance with company policies. Provide support in the preparation of internal and external communications. Qualifications : High proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced features like templates, mail merge, macros, and form fields. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus).
