Immediate Joiner Preferred We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Senior MSBI/Microsoft Fabric Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on either the traditional MSBI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) or the modern Microsoft Fabric platform. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling. We are looking for an immediate joiner to contribute to our critical data initiatives. Key Responsibilities: For MSBI Focus: Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Develop and maintain multidimensional and tabular models using SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Create and deploy reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Optimize performance of MSBI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MSBI components. Maintain and document MSBI solutions. For Microsoft Fabric Focus: Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory. Develop and manage data models within Fabrics data warehousing capabilities. Create and deploy reports and dashboards using Fabrics Power BI integration. Utilize Fabrics data science and machine learning capabilities as needed. Leverage OneLake for efficient data management. Optimize performance of Fabric solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Fabric environment. Maintain and document Fabric solutions. General Responsibilities (Applicable to both MSBI Fabric): Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and implement data warehousing solutions. Develop and maintain data models. Ensure data quality and data governance. Optimize performance of data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and warehousing. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide technical guidance and mentorship. Immediate Availability. Required Skills Experience: 10+ years of experience in business intelligence development. Expert-level proficiency in either the MSBI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) or Microsoft Fabric. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles. Extensive experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with data modeling and data architecture. Proficiency in data integration and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of data storage solutions. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
