Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Design and implement database systems that support business operations. Optimize database performance through indexing and query tuning. Create and maintain database documentation and data models. Perform database backups and recovery operations. Conduct data analysis to support business insights and decision-making. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data. Collaborate with application developers to integrate database solutions. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues. Develop ETL processes to efficiently move data between systems. Participate in database design reviews and code reviews. Stay up to date with the latest SQL Server technologies and best practices. Assist in migrating databases and applications to new environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Contribute to the planning and execution of database projects. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience as an MSSQL Developer. Strong knowledge of T-SQL and SQL programming. Experience with SQL Server database design and architecture. Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. Knowledge of data modeling principles and tools. Experience with database backup and recovery processes. Proficiency in performance monitoring tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in data migration and ETL processes. Familiarity with database security best practices.
