To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for the Asian market, especially with focus on India.Your tasks:- Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for the Asian market with focus on India to increase brand awareness and market share of MT.DERM, especially Brand Cheyenne.- Work closely with sales partners and distributors in the region to support and promote their performance through targeted marketing activities.- Creation and implementation of campaigns to increase sales figures and promote sales activities.- Market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends that can be leveraged to grow MT.DERM in Asia.- Support the sales team by developing sales promotion materials, training and incentive programs for distributors.- Planning and coordinating trade shows, events and product presentations to promote the brand in the region.- Monitoring and reporting of marketing measures to continuously optimize the strategy.Your profile:- Successfully completed studies in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification.- Several years of professional experience in international marketing, preferably in the Asian region and ideally with a focus on India.- Sound experience in working with distributors, ideally in the cosmetic or medical sector or in the tattoo industry- Proven track record in developing marketing strategies to promote sales and increase market share.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.- Independent, structured way of working and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.- Willingness to travel within the Asian markets.- Strong hands-on mentality, ability to establish understanding of a fast-paced market in the short term and to position and keep brands at the forefront of the market
