Years of Experience:- 2 to 7 years of experience Education Qualification:- Any Graduate Required Skills:- Manage statutory audits and closing schedules Drive Book Hygiene RPT and Tax Compliances Stakeholder Management and Site Coordination Desired SAP Experience Advance Tax working preparation and board presentation (FC) Record to Reporting (R2R) experience Strategize cash flow Annual Accounts closure Quarterly financial review Coordination with Auditors (Internal as well as statutory) Annual Budgeting Plan MIS for various scenarios Monthly Reporting and highlighting variances Coordination with commercial team for payments Ensure compliances relating to companies act, transfer pricing, taxation laws, RBI, FEMA, MSME guidelines etc. Should have knowledge of InDAS - IFRS - other applicable GAAP - along SEBI regulations
