Collaborate with artists, musicians, songwriters, and engineers to understand their creative vision and requirements. Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources for music projects. Hire and coordinate the work of technicians, engineers, and studio personnel involved in the production process. Oversee the setup and operation of recording studios, equipment, and software. Ensure that recording sessions, rehearsals, and performances run smoothly and efficiently. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
