Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, foreman, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure projects are completed on time, to the required quality standardsEnforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violationsManage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the projectMaintain accurate records of progress, labours deployed and daily work done and quality control measuresCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are metIdentify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction processEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permitsManage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipmentTrack the mateials issued to the contractor and used by the contractor.Control the wastagesReport to the site engg and Project manager for any bottle nocks.Update the DPRCoordinate with the site engg and Project manager in preparation of the targets.
