Role & responsibilities Oversee and manage the quality assurance process for software projects. Lead a team of Manual and Automation Testers, providing mentorship and guidance. Drive the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated testing. Utilize your 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in automation testing, to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the team follows strong testing methodologies, defect management practices, and design techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, with a preference for in-sprint automation. Implement and maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java / C#) and Playwright. Hands-on experience with API automation using tools like Rest Sharp. Demonstrate your understanding of CI/CD principles by working with tools like Jenkins or Azure Pipelines. Utilize your familiarity with SQL Server and/or Azure Cosmos DB to test database interactions.
