The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience, excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.Lead Sprint Planning by helping the team define the Sprint Goal, select backlog items, and break them into actionable tasks.Ensure realistic Sprint commitments based on team capacity and past velocity.Guide and coach multiple Agile teams on Agile principles and best practices.Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution.Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Track and monitor sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of features.Promote an Agile mindset and culture within teams and the organization.Support SAFe adoption across teams (if applicable).Required Skills & Qualifications:3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.Strong understanding of Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Agile methodologies.Experience handling multiple projects/teams simultaneously.Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an advantage.Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to resolve conflicts and build a high-performing Agile culture.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.Location:Bangalore (Onsite/Hybrid as per project requirement).Interested, cv share to sowmya.pamula@in.nspglobaltech.com
