Job Description

Car Accessories Business Development Manager in India would be responsible for driving the growth of the UBON car accessories business by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to expand sales and market share. This role involves a blend of sales, marketing, and business planning, focusing on the Indian automotive aftermarket. Key Responsibilities : Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian automotive aftermarket, including dealerships, online platforms, and other relevant channels. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within the car accessories market. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote car accessories, including online marketing, digital advertising, and in-store promotions. Business Planning and Strategy: Create and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and drive profitability. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve company goals. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers, distributors, and clients to maximize profitability. Financial Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, profit margins, and market share, to track progress and make informed decisions. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of the Indian automotive aftermarket and related trends. Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Target Audience: Dealers and distributors of car accessories. Online platforms and retailers selling car accessories. OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) of car accessories.
