Job Title: P&L Head / Chief Operating Officer Out of Home (OOH) Media Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Department: Out of Home (OOH) Media Reports To: Director / Managing Director Company: Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd. Position Summary Rajasthan Patrika Pvt. Ltd., one of Indias most respected media houses, is seeking a dynamic and experienced P&L Head / Chief Operating Officer for its OOH Media vertical. This leadership role is responsible for end-to-end business strategy, revenue generation, operations management, and profitability for the OOH business. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Out of Home media, proven leadership skills, and a track record of growing business sustainably. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership Drive and own the complete P&L for the OOH Media vertical across Rajasthan and other markets as applicable. Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to grow market share, revenues, and margins. Identify new business opportunities including expansion into digital OOH, transit, and innovative formats. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform strategy. 2. Sales Leadership Define and implement revenue growth strategies with clear KPIs and milestones. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams across multiple regions. Drive national and regional client acquisitions across industry verticalsFMCG, BFSI, Realty, Government, etc. Collaborate with agency partners, media buyers, and brand custodians to strengthen relationships. 3. Operational Excellence Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and optimal asset utilization across inventory. Oversee media planning, monitoring, and campaign performance evaluations. Implement SOPs, operational efficiencies, and compliance standards. Manage vendor networks, fabrication partners, and ground-level operations. 4. Financial Management Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the OOH vertical. Monitor and control expenses, collections, and credit policies. Optimize ROI on media assets and identify underperforming units. 5. Team & Culture Building Build a high-performance, goal-oriented culture within the team. Provide leadership coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Foster cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, finance, and admin teams. Key Requirements Education Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing / Media Management / Business Strategy preferred. Experience 15+ years of progressive experience in OOH media, with at least 5 years in a leadership or P&L role. Proven track record in team handling, business scaling, and revenue generation in media. Strong industry network and client relationships. Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of traditional and digital OOH formats, media planning, and execution. Strong leadership and people management skills. Business acumen with a results-driven approach. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
