Job Description

We are Hiring for National Head - Doorstep Sales - SahiBandhu FinTech Services Role & responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute the national strategy for the Doorstep Channel, overseeing all aspects of the channel's operations, growth, and profitability. Sales & Business Development:- Drive new customer acquisition and business growth through the doorstep channel by identifying key markets, building sales strategies, and optimizing operations to meet targets. Channel Expansion:- Lead the expansion of the doorstep service across regions, identifying opportunities for scaling the business in new areas and enhancing service offerings. Team Management:- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional and zonal managers, field officers, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of doorstep operations. Operations Management:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the doorstep channel, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational efficiency. Financial Performance:- Ensure profitability and financial performance of the doorstep channel by managing budgets, controlling costs, and meeting revenue goals. Partnership & Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal teams such as risk management, collections, and marketing to create synergies that drive growth and mitigate risks in the doorstep service model. Compliance & Risk Management:- Ensure all doorstep lending operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, while also managing operational risks associated with field-level transactions and service delivery. Performance Reporting:- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of the doorstep channel, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Preferred candidate profile- 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2. 10-15 years of experience in sales, operations, or business management in the Gold Loan, BFSI, or financial services sector with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership position. 3. Proven track record of managing and scaling a Doorstep Channel or similar field sales operations. 4. Deep understanding of financial products and the gold loan ecosystem. 5. Experience in doorstep delivery models in financial services or other retail industries.
