Position : National Sales Head ( Senior Leadership Role) Location: Bangalore We are on the lookout for a seasoned sales leader for one of our Clients to head their national sales operations. What You'll Do: 1.Define and Drive Strategy: Develop a sales roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and ensures sustainable revenue growth across all regions. 2.Lead with Vision: Inspire, manage, and grow a diverse sales team to exceed ambitious targets. Engage with the Market: Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging data to optimize sales tactics and uncover new opportunities. 3.Cultivate Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with clients and partners, ensuring long-term value and loyalty. 4.Measure Success: Monitor key performance indicators to assess effectiveness, refine strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes. 5.Expand Horizons: Identify new avenues for business growth, including partnerships and untapped markets. What We're Looking For: Experience That Counts: - 15+ years in sales, with 8-10 years in leadership roles managing nationwide or enterprise-scale operations. - Proven ability to launch products or services and establish strong market presence. - Industry expertise in a relevant field (real estate preferred but not mandatory). Leadership DNA: - Track record of leading teams to success while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Market and Sales Savvy: - Sharp business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics. - Skilled in developing strategies that address customer needs and industry shifts. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by results. Education: MBA from a reputed Tier1 institution preferred. (IIM / ISB / MDI / SIBM / SCMHRD / IIFT / XLRI / XIMB, etc.)
