Position : National Sales Manager Exp : 10+ years. Location : Chennai. *6 Days working & Hindi Mandatory* Roles & Responsibilities Develop sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Conduct sales analysis, planning, monitoring, and evaluation. Prepare annual business plans, set goals, and conduct structured reviews. Manage the top three accounts in each region for regular sales activities. Oversee the administration of the sales team. Take responsibility for a minimum of two key accounts per region, covering sales, ISOBN, and collections. Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth operations. Perform region-wise competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Identify and acquire new accounts. Manage the ISOBN RFQ funnel and oversee its realization. Focus on OTIF (On-Time in Full) to reduce lead times. Achieve payment collection targets effectively. Handle export inquiries and processes. Customer Interaction and Coordination: Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits monthly. Review regional team schedules weekly, ensuring alignment with business plans at the line item and customer level. Approve and monitor the visit plans of field teams through Salesforce. Organize weekly meetings with PMT and regional teams to address ISOBN realization and unresolved issues. Drive business realization efforts with global customers. Collection and Compliance: Ensure adherence to collection processes and credit policies. Conduct internal reviews to track and improve collection performance. Monitor POD (Proof of Delivery) collections data consistently. Share invoice-wise due details with all customers on the 5th and 15th of each month via the Sales Coordinator. Identify customers eligible for cash discounts. Distributor and Agreement Management Identify and appoint distributors for each region. Negotiate and formalize agreements and pricing contracts with distributors and customers.
