Job Description: Using market statistics, data, and trends to Develop sales plans, strategies, and policies to increase/sustain market share and profitability. Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies. Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like C&F, dealers, distributors, and stockiest. Scan the environment to understand competitors' activities, demand-supply scenarios, and regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasing market share. Evolve policies for establishing robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system to increase field force satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth. Managing the complete sales cycle from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments. Review marketing inadequacies and adjust plans as per the requirement. Recognize, retain, and reward top sales performers (field sales employees/distributors/stockiest). To promote and coordinate sales operations of the organization to optimize the corporate market share in Generic Pharma. Provide support to the team to achieve the corporate mission and sales goals, with outstanding customer service. Draw efficient market strategies as per business goals and build relations with business partners, make proficient supervision of sales operations and services to achieve customer satisfaction with target profitability. To design and review marketing and sales budgets and ensure compliance. Measure ROI and KPIs Prepare and lead the annual events plan for all key markets. Maintain annual sales budgets and update them as required. Key Accountabilities: Meeting sales targets & objectives. Market share growth - Strengthening & expanding the distribution network. Implementation of initiatives and Sales & Marketing strategies, Retail strategy, Modern Trade, and Institutional Sales.
