Job Description

Experience : 20+ Yrs Job Specifications: Target Achiever: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on incentive-driven performance. Segment Expertise: Current exposure and experience in Pediatric, Dermatology, and Gynecology segments as an NSM(Pan India) or Half India Manager. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in managing a team of 100+ Medical Representatives. Vacancy Management: Proven ability to handle vacancy management and ensure optimal staffing levels. KOL/KBL Management: Experienced in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Business Leaders (KBL). Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets. Customer Negotiations: Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, providing timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements as necessary. Forecasting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities; acquire new customers and upsell to existing ones. Cross-Department Liaison: Work closely with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency. Sales Management Experience: Proven experience as a National Sales Manager with a track record of managing a high-performance sales team. Metrics Analysis: Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics with a solid customer service attitude. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. Field Force Management: Oversee closure of Field Force vacancies and ensure optimal staffing levels. Willingness to travel as needed. Required Skills: Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the market and industry. Time Management: Strong time management and planning skills. Field Sales Experience: Extensive experience in field sales and corporate hospital tie-ups. Educational Qualification: BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
