Role & responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate hydrographic surveys and river navigation activities. Ensure proper execution of dredging operations in rivers, adhering to project timelines and specifications. Conduct river safety assessments and provide recommendations for navigation improvements. Analyse hydrographic data and review detailed reports on survey findings. Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards during project execution. Provide technical guidance and support for navigation and dredging-related challenges Preferred candidate profile Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of overall experience of 10 years after graduation, including at least 6 years in dredging works, hydrographic works, river surveys, river safety. Thorough knowledge of hydrographic survey, quantity survey and identification of types of dredged material. Directly involved in execution of dredging in river, Sea Port construction and allied activities of comparable characteristics. Preferred experience includes international exposure and a background in working with contractors, consultants, or clients on major dredging projects.
