Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive NCLEX-RN preparation programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials development. Provide individualized coaching and support to nursing students, including assessment of learning needs, remedial strategies, and test-taking skills. Facilitate interactive online sessions, and review sessions to reinforce key nursing concepts and critical thinking skills. Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and technology-enhanced learning platforms to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Collaborate with nursing faculty, clinical preceptors, and other healthcare professionals to integrate clinical practice experiences into the curriculum. Evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay current with developments in nursing education, NGN exam content, and healthcare trends to inform program development and instructional practices. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree preferred. Minimum of 1 or 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in acute care or specialty areas. Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination preferred. Previous experience in teaching NCLEX is mandatory Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice guidelines, and evidence-based nursing care. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in computer-based learning platforms and educational software. Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
