Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Provide desktop support to employees at Lanson Toyota, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues. 2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals as needed. 3. Configure LAN settings for optimal network connectivity and security. 4. Perform OS installations and configurations on Windows-based systems. 5. Troubleshoot printer issues using various diagnostic tools. Desired Candidate Profile 1. 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or related field. 2. Strong knowledge of hardware networking (LAN setup), device installation, and troubleshooting. 3. Proficiency in installing operating systems (Windows) and configuring basic network settings. 4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
