Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates. Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry. Proficiency in job boards candidate sourcing. Should have good strong Database. Strong understanding of C2C sourcing model and its applications in the US market.
