Roles & Responsibilities Manage a team of Network / Support Engineers and carry out project implementation in ICT infrastructure by managing multiple on-going project sites and supervise to complete them successfully.Designing (which includes site-survey) and preparing Technical Solutions for customers requirement and present the same for new project Installation of various ICT components and should be capable of guiding team of Network Engineers at site engaged in implementing ICT Infrastructure which would include hands-on knowledge on following :OFC backbone cabling, Datacenter design and implementation of DCIM,Servers & Storage - installation and configurations using Linux/ RedHat & Windows Server, virtualization using VmWare or similar, Cloud computing, etc. Routers & Networking Firewall ( Fortinet/Checkpoint/PaloAlto) must be able plan deployment and carry out installation & configuration, Switches & Wireless Network Infrastructure. IP Surveillance Network and implementation of VMS viz. Milestone /VideoneticsIP Telephony Network which includes installation & configuration of IP PBX Working directly with customers in the management of technical and business-impacting issues.Preferred candidate profile Graduates/B.Tech/B.E / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Diploma (any)10+ years of solid experience in a customer-facing, technical support environment managing large ICT Projects and Project implementation team.Must have working experience of 10+ years with System Integration companies engaged in implementing ICT infrastructure.Industry certifications like CCNA/CCNP/RHCE/ MCSE/MCP/FCNPPrior successful experience implementing ICT infrastructure Projects which includes implementation of Datacentre, Fibre-optic backbone connectivity, installation and configuration of Networking Switches, Firewall, Servers & Storage, Wireless Networking, IP Telephony, IP Surveillance, and AV IntegrationMust be self-disciplined and free from any kind of addictions of drugs/liquorPerks and benefits will be fixed based on Educational qualification and work experience and considering the present perks & benefits of the candidate
