Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for development of reports, workflows in the Netsuite Order to Cash Modules that include Accounts Receivables, Collections, Cash Apps and General Ledger modules. Production support (Technical) of Netsuite O2C modules and 3rd party integrations with Netsuite . Responsible for support and maintenance of other ancillary systems that support the order to cash process such as Engineering data, Snowflake and its integrations with Netsuite. Provides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-functional team in month/quarter close activities. Participates in validation/reconciliation activities. Maintains the documentation related to Netsuite AR/Revenue and related modules. Supports production migration of fixes and enhancements. Experience 3 years of hands-on experience working with Netsuite technology tools and frameworks. Must have a prior experience with AR/Invoicing modules creating reports, saved searches, workflows and other developer tools in Netsuite. Good understanding of integrations with 3rd party systems in a cloud-based environment. Familiarity with middleware tools like Mulesoft, Alteryx etc. Good understanding of Netsuite roles, permissions, page layouts, custom PDF templates, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's Degree preferred in computer science or a related field of study Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technical problems. Good understanding and working knowledge of ERP systems is a major plus.
