Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the NetSuite practice, setting the strategic direction and goals. Drive growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing service offerings. Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on NetSuite-related projects. Oversee NetSuite implementation projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and lead project teams, including NetSuite consultants, developers, and other professionals. Address and resolve any project-related challenges, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide high-level expertise and consulting support to clients regarding NetSuite solutions. Design, configure, and optimize NetSuite for clients, including financial, supply chain, and CRM modules. Lead system integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless NetSuite adoption. Manage and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants and developers, providing training and development opportunities. Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all NetSuite-related matters. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring the practice delivers value and satisfaction. Assist in scoping and delivering NetSuite solutions tailored to client business needs. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the sales process. Participate in pre-sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and demonstrations. Develop pricing strategies and manage client contracts for NetSuite projects. Analyze and evaluate the success of NetSuite implementations and refine processes to improve service delivery. Stay current with new releases and developments in the NetSuite ecosystem. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Significant experience (6+ years) in NetSuite implementations, including 3-5 years in a leadership or practice management role. NetSuite Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite's functionality across various modules (financials, ERP, CRM, etc.). Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large, complex projects. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Certifications: NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite ERP Consultant) are often preferred. Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
