Job Description

The Network Automation Engineer will be responsible to design, implement, and manage automation solutions for our network infrastructure. This role involves developing and maintaining automation scripts, tools, and processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our network operations. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, setting of in the direction of DevOps and agile working In detail your tasks include: Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline network operations and reduce manual tasks working closely with network engineers, system administrators, and other IT teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions. Service Management: Driving escalation and problem management processes, coordinating complex incident and problem resolution with internal IT teams and external service providers with special focus on automations. Network Management: Continuously monitor and optimize network performance through automation, ensuring high availability and reliability. Implement and manage automated solutions for network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Security Compliance: Ensure all automation solutions comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation scripts, tools, and processes.
