Job Description

We are looking for a Support cum Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, maintaining basic IT infrastructure, and assisting with routine network operations. This role is suitable for freshers or individuals with basic technical skills looking to grow in the IT support field. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor and support basic LAN/WAN networks. Perform routine system maintenance and software updates. Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory. Provide support for Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel. Collaborate with senior IT staff for escalated issues and system upgrades. Respond to and resolve user queries via phone, email, or in person. Required Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
