Roles and Responsibilities: Basic Configuration and network Troubleshooting Monitor Network infrastructure and provide L1 Network support Manage CISCO routing, switching and WAN technologies and network services leverage tools Handle incident/Task related to network by following process and standard Hands on troubleshooting experience in enterprise LAN and WAN environment Remote management and monitoring of network operations Coordinate with Various telecommunication services providers (ISP) to resolve circuit problem. To open ticket with OEM and coordinate with OEM for replacement and regular updates to stakeholders. Daily call summary preparation Network devices IOS upgradation Basic understanding of network management protocols like SNMP, SSH, Syslog. Routing & Switching, Network Monitoring & Management tools Basic understanding of routing protocols like BGP/ OSPF/ EIGRP Basic understanding of switching protocols like STP/RSTP/VLAN/VTP etc. Experiennce upto 3 years, Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite Knowledge of Network Security devices - Added advantage Basic Knowledge of Firewall, Wireless Controller, Access Point
