Respond to and resolve alerts and tickets generated from the monitoring system and/or customer requests in a timely fashion. Maintain accurate time and records in all service tickets as performed. Maintain system configuration information within ticketing system and ensure it is attached to relevant tickets. Troubleshooting firewall related issue. Configure the L1 and L2 level devices. Inspecting Link utilization, High CPU usage, memory utilization on devices. Shifting traffic (failover) between routers and switches whenever face the slowness, packet loss, latency issues from ISP (PE) links at event and at the time of scheduled failover testing activity, failover of the firewalls, router, switches and links like P2P. CISCO ASA Firewall Work on ASA OS 8.4 and above. Responsible for Implementation of NAT and Access list. Configuration of IPSEC and Web Vpn. Configuration of Failover. Configure and manage ASA Firewall via CLI and ASDM. Backup of ASA Firewall. Hands-on experience of ASA 5500 & 5500-X series Firewall. Palo Alto NGFW Integration of Panorama with Palo Alto firewall for Centralize management. Configure the profiles as per the client Requirement based on User-ID, APP-ID and Content-ID. Performing Client or Clientless AD integration with Palo Alto Firewall for User and Group mapping. Configuring High Availability Failover. Provide access to users for Servers and Services as per change request (Remedy) by applying change on respective firewalls. Coordination with Palo Alto TAC to get support for escalated issues and troubleshooting the issues. Configuration of IPSEC VPN. Hands-on experience on PA 220, 820, 3020 and 5220.
