Job Description

Role & responsibilities Looking for Network Engineer L3 Key Responsibilities: Routing & Switching : Design, configure, and manage advanced routing and switching environments using Cisco, Aruba, and other enterprise-grade technologies. Troubleshoot and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Implement network segmentation, VLANs, and inter-VLAN routing. Manage and configure BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other routing protocols. Firewall & Security : Implement and manage enterprise-grade firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) to ensure network security and compliance. Design and implement network security policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN configurations. Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents promptly. Aruba Networking & Wireless Solutions : Design, deploy, and manage Aruba wireless networks, including Aruba controllers, access points (APs), and ClearPass for identity management. Implement and configure ArubaOS and Aruba Mobility Controllers. Troubleshoot and optimize wireless network performance, including RF design and site surveys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Aruba solutions with existing networking infrastructure. Collaboration & Documentation : Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable network solutions. Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers on best practices for routing, switching, firewall security, and Aruba technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configurations for all networking systems.
