Website: https://www.saturotech.com Position: Network Engineer Job Location : Pune, Hinjewadi Phase-1(WORK FROM OFFICE) As a Network Engineer at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the companys network infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the network, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement solutions to optimize network performance. Your Role and Responsibilities: Configuration email address and deletion Design, implement, and maintain the company local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure. Configure and install network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity problems, bottlenecks, and network outages. Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the integration of network systems with other company systems and applications. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed. Hardware(laptops & Desktops) inventory management. IT Trouble shooting(System, network and others) Provide 24x7 operational support of existing IT Infrastructure like network, servers, and services to business from IT Operations point of view. Provide troubleshooting support to maintain all network and IT Infra. systems and monitor them proactively to ensure that production downtime is minimized. To ensure an effective communication process is in place with all the stakeholders including business, server, network, voice and desktop support teams. Competencies Required: Knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto Firewalls and all Networking Systems such as for installing, Cisco/Arista Routers, Switches and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP etc., maintaining and troubleshooting Understanding of networking concepts such as IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, TI/T3/ E1, VPN tunnels etc. Knowledge of configuration of Windows Based MS Networking, e-mail systems, WAN links, VLANs, VPN Tunnels and protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, IIS etc. Effective communication skills and good documentation skills to produce related documentation. The position requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot and logically solve problems. Understanding of security compulsions from the desktop level to the network gateway and perimeter level. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and VPNs. Experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks. Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Qualification & Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in network engineering or a related field. Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
