Roles and Responsibilities: Network Monitoring : Continuously monitor network performance using network management tools to ensure system availability and reliability. First-Level Troubleshooting : Provide initial support for networking issues such as connectivity problems, device malfunctions, and basic configuration issues. Configuration and Deployment : Assist with the configuration and deployment of network hardware and software. Documentation : Maintain updated network schematics and manage network documentation. Incident Management : Log, track, and resolve network incidents, ensuring all incidents are documented and addressed within SLAs. Collaboration : Work closely with senior engineers to resolve complex network issues and ensure the stability and reliability of the network. Routine Maintenance : Perform routine network maintenance and updates. Technical Support : Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting their network-related issues. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
