Exp: 4-6 Years Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities and Skills: Primary contact to resolve and engage resources for production/hosting related issues. Participate in technical network troubleshooting. This includes working with Network Engineering and Incident Management teams to drive issue resolution. Facilitate incident bridge lines when application outages occur. Monitor Dashboards, respond to alerts, and manage a ticket queue. Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and knowledge of wired and wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, and network security practices. Proficient knowledge of Linux, infrastructure, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Understanding of cloud-based computing, including GCP and AWS. Manage communications via email and respond to phone calls from US-based customers, internal teams, data processing vendors, and other various third-party vendors. Outstanding English communications skills, both written and verbal, is a must. Document and maintain processes to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
