Job Description

Hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on Aruba wireless technologies and ClearPass. In-depth knowledge of Aruba Wireless Access Points, Controllers, and related Aruba network infrastructure hardware. Strong expertise in ClearPass Policy Manager, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of network security principles, including wireless security protocols (WPA2, WPA3, etc.), VPN technologies, and network access control. Proficiency in network routing and switching (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, subnetting, and network topology. Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging network and wireless issues using a systematic approach. Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
