Job Description

Network Design and Planning: Design and implement network architectures to meet the specific needs of the steel company, considering factors like high bandwidth for production data, real-time communication, and security requirements. Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. Network Security: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's network and data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and other security risks. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining network availability and performance. Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure optimal network performance and efficiency. Collaboration and Communication: Work with other IT staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations and communication.
