Role Overview We’re looking for a forward-thinking, research-driven neuro physiotherapist to join us as Chief Clinical Associate . You will lead the creation of condition-specific exercise libraries , therapeutic games , and modern assessment tools that are integrated into our robotic rehab platform. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and product teams to make sure every feature—whether hardware or software—aligns with real-world clinical needs. You’ll also play a key role in clinical trials , user feedback analysis , and research publication . This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to step beyond traditional rehab and help shape the future of care through technology. Key Responsibilities Exercise Libraries & Protocol Design Create structured, progressive exercise protocols for stroke, SCI, CP, and other neuro conditions Design protocols tailored for robotic assistance, resistance, and mixed modes Develop functional movements that integrate cognitive and motor components Therapeutic Games & Engagement Tools Conceptualize and validate therapeutic games that improve patient engagement and outcomes Collaborate with game designers and software teams to integrate rehab logic into game mechanics Ensure games target specific goals—motor control, coordination, strength, endurance, cognition New-Age Clinical Assessments Develop and validate digital and robotic assessments that go beyond MMT Use sensors and AI to create real-time, objective tracking of recovery Help set benchmarks and outcome scoring for therapy personalization Clinical Trials & Research Help structure clinical studies to validate product efficacy Collaborate with hospitals and rehab centers for pilot deployments Co-author research papers, whitepapers, and conference presentations User Feedback & Product Improvement Collect structured feedback from clinicians and patients using early prototypes Translate this into actionable insights for design, UI/UX, and therapy logic Ensure safety, accessibility, and clinical practicality across all product features Clinical Training & Advocacy Educate early users, clinical partners, and rehab staff on how to use our system Represent Ultramotiv in panels, webinars, and clinical innovation forums Help build a community of forward-thinking rehab professionals around our mission What We’re Looking For Degree in Neuro Physiotherapy Strong interest in rehabilitation technology, gamification, and neuroscience Ability to think systemically—how rehab protocols translate into software/hardware Prior involvement in research, clinical audits, or academic collaboration Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Nice to Have Experience with EMG, FES, or robotic/tech-assisted rehab devices Some Clinical Experience Prior publications or presentations at physiotherapy or neurorehab forums Familiarity with Unity, app testing, or digital health tools Why This Role is Unique This isn’t just another clinical job.
