Job Title: Engineer New Product Development (NPD) Department: NPD Engineer Location : Bangalore,Hosur Job Summary: Responsible for planning, designing, and developing new plastic products as per customer requirements. This includes end-to-end product development, managing multiple projects, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and manufacturing feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop plastic products (injection molding) from concept to production. Create and manage BOMs and design documentation. Review product engravings, labeling, and markings. Conduct trials, test prototypes, and troubleshoot issues during development and mass production. Coordinate with tooling vendors and calibrate molding parameters. Ensure product quality and compliance through the stage-gate process and DFM principles. Qualifications: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die making. 3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or automotive components. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
