Youll drive sales and revenue targets for Newel Infotech, leading the sales team and developing new strategies to maximize revenue.Desired Competency & Experience- Techno-commercial experience (7+years).- Experience with Enterprise IT projects.- Familiar with Cloud infrastructure and managed services.- Experience with Security is an asset.- Strong understanding of services processes (pre-requisites, SLAs, and commercial workings).- Effective communication and management skills, solution and results-oriented approach.- Experience with large IT infrastructure projects and managed service deals.- Skills in MS Office, business strategy, and sales proposals.- Knowledge of data management solutions: Continuous Availability, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Big Data, analytics, availability, and performance management.-Key Responsibilities- Study the Indian market, map Newels capabilities with OEMs, and build a strategy for market success.- Work with various functions within the organization to create a collaborative growth model.- Collaborate with OEMs to develop a strong go-to-market strategy.- Assist the sales team with business case/proposals, solution designs, project plans, and sales presentations.- Provide training and certifications.- Qualifications- 7-10+ years in IT Solution Sales.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; Master's preferred.- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.- Employment Type: Full-time
