Job Description Experience: 5-10 Years Location: Pune Mode: Hybrid Responsibilities: Develop and implement objective metrics for workplace systems (notebooks, VDIs, mobile devices, and Macbooks) Proactively discover and analyse performance issues impacting employee experience Set up automated remediation scenarios to resolve identified issues Communicate with all levels of the company hierarchy to identify trends and resolve incidents Utilise Nexthink for in-depth analysis and reporting Implement a strong automation approach for continuous improvement Develop and maintain a zero-incident strategy Collaborate across the organisation to improve digital employee experience Take ownership of problems and conduct thorough root cause analyses Job Location
